Position Overview
We’re hiring Construction Laborers to support experienced operators and help maintain a safe, productive work environment onsite. This hands-on, physically active role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys driving to different jobsites and working outdoors.
What You'll Do
- Assist saw operators throughout the workday
- Perform concrete demolition and removal
- Manage slurry and water control during cutting operations
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift, stand, climb, and bend throughout the work day
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Previous construction experience is a plus
