Are you passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our busy, family-owned breakfast and lunch restaurant. With hours from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, you’ll enjoy working in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere while having your evenings free!
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy delicious meals and a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to order with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Monitoring food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours.
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled individual who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle high-volume service.
- Is dependable, punctual, and works well as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a passion for cooking and takes pride in their work.
- Understands and practices proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
