We are currently seeking a professional and results-driven full-time Store Manager for our Napa, CA store location.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all store operations to drive sales, profitability, and outstanding customer service
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of assistant managers and sales associates
- Set daily, weekly, and long-term goals to meet or exceed financial and operational targets
- Execute business strategies and local marketing efforts to increase revenue and customer engagement
- Maintain operational excellence in inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics (UPT, ADS, conversion), and take proactive actions
- Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development
- Communicate regularly with Area Managers and internal teams to align on priorities and performance
- Take ownership of budget management and store expense control
- Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of retail sales & customer service leadership experience preferred
(or 7 years of retail management experience in lieu of a degree) - Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and exceed goals
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with financial statements, payroll budgets, and performance metrics
- Tech-comfortable: proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher), POS systems, inventory/order software, and video conferencing tools
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, training, or store support
- Able to meet physical demands of retail including lifting up to 40 lbs., standing/walking for extended periods, and occasional ladder use
