As an RN or LPN at Pendleton, you'll work alongside our experienced nursing leadership team and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
Responsibilities Include:
Deliver safe, individualized nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Supervise and support nursing assistants as appropriate to your licensure and assigned duties.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established nursing policies and procedures.
Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
Current, valid Connecticut RN or LPN license required.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
