- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients
- Utilize Google drives for various office tasks.
- Conduct general office duties to support the team.
*Experience*
- Proficient in Google Drives applications
-Self-starter and the ability to take an idea and follow it though with minimal guidance.
-Quick book experience.
- Strong data entry skills
- Bilingual abilities are a must! (Spanish)
- Computer literacy with knowledge of basic software programs
- Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role preferred
- Excellent customer service and support skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Ability to work independently
