Residential Food Services Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $48-$52K
At Pendleton Place, we create home for young people experiencing foster care and housing transitions. Meals are part of our care providing nourishment, consistency, connection, and opportunities to build skills for adulthood.
We are seeking a Residential Food Services Coordinator to plan and prepare appealing, balanced meals; lead food ordering and kitchen systems; make thoughtful use of donated food; and engage young people in cooking and independent living skills.
What You’ll Do

Plan menus, prepare meals, and lead food ordering and purchasing across residential programs.

Manage inventory, storage, donated food, kitchen supplies, and food-safety practices.

Monitor food use, reduce waste, and make the most of available resources and budgets.

Work collaboratively with residential staff to support consistent meal preparation.

Engage youth in cooking, meal planning, grocery shopping, budgeting, and food safety.

Help maintain food-service systems that align with licensing and sanitation requirements.
