Discipleship Ministries Director
Pendleton Methodist Church is seeking a Christ-centered, relational and visionary Discipleship Ministries Director (DMD) to oversee discipleship ministries for the entire Pendleton Methodist Church (PMC) congregation. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting existing programs, designing and implementing new discipleship ministries, recruiting, training and supervising volunteers and leaders and collaborating internally and externally to further PMC ‘s mission to Know Christ and Make Christ Known. The Director assists the Pastor by overseeing the daily operations of the Church and serving as the backup on committees, at events or activities as requested. The DMD should have a passion for helping foster spiritual growth in individuals and groups; a dedication to creating engaging programs; and embody the values of the church through a demonstrated personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a genuine sense of calling to help others grow in faith through discipleship and spiritual formation.
Job Type Full-time with salary commensurate with experience.
