UNIVERSAL BANKER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
properly & efficiently assist customers in person and over the phone, in a professional and courteous manner, with their banking needs. This positions also will have consumer lending responsibilities which include discussing loans with customers and underwriting up to a defined amount.
EDUCATION NEEDED
High School Diploma / GED
SALARY STATUS
Hourly, Pending Experience
SKILLS NEEDED
- 2 years of banking or related sales experience (preferred)
- Possess an understanding of and ability to sell all types of loan and deposit products
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management skills and be attentive to detail
- Willingness to participate in local civic organizations
- Strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach
