What you will do:
When you become part of the client service team at Pender, you become part of the personal connection that strengthens the relationship people have with their pets. Every client conversation we have or guidance we share — in person, online, by phone, or email — is another opportunity for us to enrich their pet’s life.
You will be the voice of Pender, helping customers with live support by phone or email. On this team, you’ll share your passion for pet health and services as you build relationships with clients. Whether you’re teaching a client how to do something for her pet or troubleshooting something health-related, you’ll help save someone’s day and maybe a pet’s life.
You will be the face of Pender. When a client becomes a pet owner, it’s the beginning of a relationship. And this team helps make sure that relationship thrives. When clients visit Pender, you’ll put your own passions to work to help clients enrich their pets’ lives. If you have a talent for hands-on problem solving, you can address customers’ issues to connect them with the right Pender professionals and the pet experience they love.
