This role centers on the meticulous review of legal and financial records, document creation, and quality-assurance proofreading to support agency-wide compliance and legal workflows.

Primary Responsibilities
Document Review & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex legal or financial documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Legal Writing & Document Creation: Draft, format, and prepare official correspondence, legal notices, letters, and miscellaneous case-related documentation for review by management or legal counsel.
Quality Assurance & Proofreading: Perform meticulous proofreading of outgoing documents, briefs, and notices to ensure zero typographical, structural, or factual errors.
Administrative Case Management: Keep physical and digital files systematically organized, tracking case milestones and ensuring all relevant files are readily accessible.
Professional Coordination: Interact professionally with internal agency staff and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience working inside a professional law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department.
Technical Skills: Fully proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for rapid document creation and data logging.
Core Competencies: Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and focused under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
