Shift: Monday-Thursday 12PM-9PM and Sunday's 10AM-7PM
A reliable dispatcher is needed to dispatch service calls, verify work orders for accuracy and assist Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs.
Will Also Be Responsible For
Shift: Monday-Thursday 12PM-9PM and Sunday's 10AM-7PM
- Training period will be done in the office. Once fully trained, working from home will be an option.

Will Also Be Responsible For
- Filing completed work orders
- Contacting customers when trouble shooting and/or scheduling work needs to be done
- Monitoring system outages
- Keeping Field Technicians informed of system problems
- Other duties as assigned
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working in a dispatch environment preferred
- Familiarity with the local area helpful
- Computer proficiency using the internet and Microsoft Office programs - Outlook Email, Word and Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
