Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals in the Lehigh Valley market, further cementing our expertise and experience in this region. Key responsibilities include heavy new lead generation via phone, email, and face-to-face encounters, generating new sales opportunities, and introducing our expanded service portfolio to existing customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- BA/BS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Residency in Pennsylvania and ability to come into the Palmerton office as required
- Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
- Previous experience in Sales
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications Field
- Familiarity with the Berks County and surrounding area
- A good working knowledge of desktop computer applications
- A good working knowledge of networking and using the internet
- An understanding of telephony technology, including SIP, POTS, PRI, and hosted voice solutions recommended
- An understanding of Ethernet networking and WAN recommended
- An understanding of Cable Modems recommended
- Exceptional Lead Generation Skills (cold calling, canvassing, networking)
- Solid Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Negotiation and Project Strategy Skills
