Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Coordinator at the Pen Ryn Estate, located in Bensalem, PA. The Wedding Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of wedding events to ensure a memorable experience for clients and their guests. Responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their needs, managing all aspects of event planning, assisting with event design, coordinating vendors, and providing exceptional customer service on the day of the event. The role acts as the primary point of contact for the event process from start to finish.
Schedule
The position is mostly Wednesday to Sunday, with some Sundays being off instead of Tuesday. We require 40-45 hours per week. Friday to Sunday, when running the event, days average about 9-10 hours, typically leaving property after 12am (ie. staying for the event post clean-up)
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Wedding Planning and Event Planning, with demonstrated experience in coordinating successful events
- Proficiency in Event Management, including vendor coordination and time management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and deliver a superior experience
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Previous experience in event planning, wedding coordination, or hospitality preferred
