Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Multifamily & Hospitality)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects in Arizona, with a strong focus on hotel builds.
You'll be joining a trusted general contractor known for on-time delivery, quality craftsmanship, and strong client relationships. We welcome candidates who may be confidentially exploring a new long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Update and maintain project schedules alongside Project Management.
- Lead daily on-site meetings and safety briefings.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to plans and specs.
- Work with architects, engineers, and ownership teams to resolve field issues.
- Maintain jobsite documentation and regular progress reporting.
- Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience in multifamily and/or hotel construction (hospitality required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Deep knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Procore, MS Project, etc.
- OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain).
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Arizona.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
