Essential Functions
- Develop and manage Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs).
- Perform requirements analysis, allocation, and verification.
- Lead AoA and trade studies to inform technical decisions.
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo or DOORS.
- Coordinate with DevSecOps for continuous integration and testing.
- Facilitate technical reviews and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
- Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 and DIA engineering standards.
- Support test readiness reviews and mission acceptance tests.
Competencies
- Expertise in systems integration and digital engineering concepts.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
- Effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Systems or Electrical Engineering.
- Ten (10) years DoD systems engineering experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- INCOSE CSEP/ESEP or Master’s in Engineering Management.

Compensation
• $90 – $150 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
