Essential Functions
- Manage 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and incident escalations.
- Implement network policies aligned with ZTA and RMF controls.
- Coordinate patch management and system hardening activities.
- Analyze network performance metrics and capacity planning data.
- Supervise network engineers and technicians across multiple sites.
- Integrate AI/ML tools for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs and DoDIN policies.
- Develop continuity of operations (COOP) plans for critical network nodes.
Competencies
- Advanced network design, routing, and security knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
- Strong leadership and communication skills for high-tempo operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Networking.
- Eight (8) years of network operations experience with three (3) years in lead roles.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; CCNP or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCIE or DoD Cyber Ops certification.

Compensation
• $80 – $140 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
