Essential Functions
- Develop comprehensive I&T plans, procedures, and test scripts.
- Coordinate test readiness reviews and system integration events.
- Execute performance, security, and interoperability testing.
- Analyze test results and document discrepancies with corrective actions.
- Maintain traceability between requirements and test results.
- Support Deficiency Reporting and Change Control Boards.
- Verify system readiness for ATO and fielding.
- Prepare test reports and brief stakeholders on outcomes.
Competencies
- Expert in test methodologies, data collection, and analysis.
- Knowledge of DoD verification standards and security testing protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Eight (8) years of integration and testing experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- ISTQB or CTFL certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Systems Engineering or Quality Assurance.

Compensation
• $85 – $140 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
