Essential Functions
- Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates.
- Review contractor cost proposals and change orders.
- Perform cost/schedule integration and earned-value reporting.
- Forecast funding requirements and monitor burn rates.
- Analyze cost trends and prepare variance analyses.
- Support budget formulation and execution reviews.
- Maintain cost databases and benchmarking libraries.
- Present financial metrics to PM and CFO staff.
Competencies
- Expert in Excel, Costpoint, and parametric estimating methods.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- Five (5) years of DoD cost controls experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- ICEAA CCP or EVP credential.

Compensation
• $80 – $135 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
