Join PEMCCO as a Cost Estimator/Controls Analyst, where you’ll provide cost estimating, forecasting, and earned value management support for project controls and CPM task orders. In this role, you’ll ensure financial accuracy, integrate costs with schedules, and help projects stay on budget and on track from start to finish.

Essential Functions
- Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates based on design milestones.
- Review and validate contractor cost proposals and change‑order requests.
- Integrate cost data with schedules to produce earned‑value and trend analyses.
- Generate monthly cost performance reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with project managers to align budgets with schedule progress.
Competencies
- Expert in Excel, estimating software, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of cost‑control systems and EVM methodology.
- Effective communicator of technical and financial data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, or Engineering.
- 8 years of cost estimating or controls experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- AACE CCP or CEP certification.
- Familiarity with DGS cost estimating templates and MDOT standards.

Compensation
• $110 – $135 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
