In this role, you’ll ensure deliverables are traceable, compliant, and delivered on time within secure information environments, helping maintain program efficiency and integrity.

Essential Functions
- Prepare and maintain correspondence logs and transmittals.
- Track submittals, deliverables, and QA/QC documentation.
- Format, edit, and assemble technical deliverables.
- Maintain SharePoint and archive repositories with correct permissions.
- Schedule meetings and record minutes for action tracking.
- Support file classification, labeling, and retention per CUI policy.
- Coordinate travel and timesheet submissions when required.
- Generate routine reports for leadership.
Competencies
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and MS Office expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or IT.
- Three (3) years of administrative support experience.
- Eligible for Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DIA records management systems.

Compensation
• $60 – $100 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
