1:1 LPN to start ASAP for a student in an out-of-district placement. This will be for the school year and summer program.
Responsibilities would include providing medical support to include transfers and positioning, assisting in use of a feeding tube, and monitoring of seizures.
Student attends Whitman-Hason.
