What are the responsibilities and job description for the GUIDANCE SECRETARY position at Pembroke High School?
1.Knowledge of Programs: PowerSchool, SCOIR, PS Enrollment, Frontline Special Education, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and others as required
2.Coordinate college visits/college fairs
3.Ready all forms for incoming freshman, new students and transferring students
4.Help with freshman orientation
5.Print schedules for the entire school 9–12 by advisor
6.Help students with grades, progress reports, report cards, schedules, transcripts, work permits, and PowerSchool
7.Help counselors with letters, memos, schedules, phones, filing, printing and mailing records
8.Order supplies for office and counselors
9.Uploading/entering of test scores; PSAT, SAT, ACT, MCAS
10.Upload transcripts to the NCAA
11.Print schedules for parents for “Back to School Night”
12.Print progress reports
13.Print term report cards and mail
14.Alumni – invites, newspaper, café
15.Help teachers, parents and students with SCOIR
16.Upload transcripts into SCOIR
17.Keep records of monies and send to Administration
18.Plan Senior Awards Night
19.Plan Underclassmen Awards Ceremony
20.Print final transcripts and send to colleges
21.Print final reports cards for all grades and mail
22.All other duties assigned by supervising administrator specific to the needs of the department or building.
Salary : $27 - $32
