What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager - QSR position at Pembroke & Company, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Senior District Manager to join the team at one of the largest QSR brands.
The Director of Operations will establish a standard of excellence & continuously develop their stores towards success. Experience in QSR is required.
Some travel will be required. A normal schedule is 50 hours /week, which may include holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Establishes labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
- Ensures Store Managers maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
- Work with Store Managers to determine hiring needs. Support Store Managers with interviewing, disciplining, and training of crew members.
- Oversees ongoing store maintenance and escalates to external vendors.
- Acts as project manager for store remodels; works with vendors to meet timelines and local community for reopening events.
- Leads brand standards to meet and surpass board of health and Ops Connect inspections.
- Ensures speed of service goals are being met.
- Cover for store managers’ days off, as needed.
- Support daily operations of stores, as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience as a district manager or director for quick-service restaurants is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
- Ability to interpret and present financial information. Understands Profit & Loss reports and how to implement actionable items to maintain budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change.
- This is a leadership role; an understanding of confidentiality is required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
