We are seeking an experienced manager to join a culture driven team for one of the largest QSR brands. This manager would oversee the operations of the restaurant and manage the back-office operations, working 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM shifts.
Responsibilities
The Store Manager will establish a standard of excellence and continuously develop a team towards success.
- Manage the recruiting, hiring, and training of new crew members.
- Create sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
- Analyze and forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
- Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as: payroll, scheduling, product ordering, and inventory counts.
Qualifications
The ideal person will have management and/or leadership experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in a quick-service restaurant.
- This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must be available to work on Sundays
- Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
