Supporting the transportation operations of a well-established logistics company, the Transportation Coordinator will coordinate routes, communicate with customers and team members, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Support daily transportation operations and administrative tasks.
- Use our electronic dispatch system to coordinate transportation activities.
- Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and coworkers.
- Keep schedules, records, and other information organized and up to date.
- Handle multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Help solve scheduling challenges and adjust plans when needed.
- Work closely with the transportation team and brokers to provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous transportation industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn an electronic dispatch system.
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to think through challenges and adjust as priorities change
