Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As our Driver Recruiter, you'll own the entire driver recruiting process from start to finish, including:
- Sourcing and attracting qualified CDL drivers
- Screening applicants and conducting phone interviews
- Managing applicants through the hiring process
- Coordinating orientation and onboarding
- Following up with candidates to ensure a great experience
- Building relationships with former drivers and referral sources
- Meeting weekly hiring goals and maintaining a strong hiring pipeline
Skills
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting experience (transportation recruiting preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable using recruiting software, job boards, and social media
- Driven by goals and results
- Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
