sign-up through settlement or litigation. -Client Advocacy: Guide
clients through the complex case process, ensuring clear communication
and building trust. -Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal
research, and pre-suit discovery. -Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance
companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements for clients.
