Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces.
- Set up and dismantle formwork using carpentry tools and techniques to shape concrete structures.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics for structural integrity.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and compactors safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining proper safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven construction site experience with a focus on concrete work.
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with clarity.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing techniques, and rebar installation.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery relevant to concrete labor tasks.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- CDL preferred
