Salary: $16.00 - $27.00 / hour (Starting wage based on experience and skillset)About the Role:
We are seeking highly skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Programmers and Operators to join our team in Spring, TX. Our facility runs on Mazak equipment using Mazatrol language. We are looking for hard-working, production-minded professionals who want to help us produce high-quality work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.Willing to train the right person on Mazatrol if you have strong foundational machining experience. Core Responsibilities (Both Roles):

• Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC lathes and mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine precise dimensions and tolerances.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and attachments.
• Set control factors including speed, feed, coolant flow, depth, and angle of cut.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to detect out-of-tolerance parts and perform machine adjustments as needed.
• Maintain high productivity and focus on getting quality parts out the door.
• Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently. [1]

Requirements & Screening:

• Programmer Level: High school diploma/equivalent, 5 years machinist experience preferred, and profiency in Mazatrol programming required.
• Operator Level: High school diploma/equivalent, 3 years machine operator experience, and prior Mazatrol exposure preferred.
