About the Opportunity
We’re currently seeking a Service Manager to lead our maintenance and service operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our residents receive top-tier service and that our properties remain in excellent condition.
As a Service Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a team of service professionals, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and with a customer-first mindset. You’ll also collaborate with other departments, manage resources, and take the lead on problem-solving and process improvements.

What You’ll Do
Oversee and coordinate daily service operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
Lead, train, and support your team of service technicians
Respond to maintenance needs and ensure all resident concerns are resolved promptly and professionally
Monitor service quality and implement process improvements as needed
Manage schedules and prioritize tasks to meet service demands
Partner with other departments to ensure seamless property operations
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within property management or real estate
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Experience using property management systems or maintenance software (preferred)
Ability to problem-solve, manage time effectively, and lead by example
