PelviX™ is a fast-growing brand transforming core and pelvic floor fitness across gyms, wellness centers, clinics, and performance facilities. Powered by Swiss technology and a complete success system that includes digital client management, marketing support, the PelviX Academy, and ongoing performance coaching, PelviX is expanding rapidly across the U.S.

We’re hiring three experienced Sales Agents — one in Denver, one in Florida, and one in Dallas — to help bring this movement to more people and more businesses nationwide.

About the Role

This is a commission-only, high-earning sales role designed for a proactive, independently driven sales professional with experience in fitness, health, wellness, spa, or medical environments.

PelviX Sales Agents lead the entire sales process from initial outreach to close — and continue supporting the customer through installation and onboarding alongside our Customer Success Manager. You will receive qualified inbound leads from our digital media campaigns, but you are also expected to generate new opportunities through your network, outreach, and strategic prospecting.

You will be selling not just a product, but a comprehensive business system, including:

• The PelviX core fitness system
• The PelviX Academy (certification, training, expert panels)
• Marketing support and monthly digital campaigns
• Customer management tools and app
• Sales coaching, training resources, and ongoing technical support
• Business models that help clients achieve fast, sizable ROI

Compensation & Earning Potential

PelviX Sales Agents earn:

• 10% commission on each PelviX system sold
• 10% commission on all add-on services (Academy, marketing packages, performance coaching, etc.)

To give you a clear sense of the opportunity:

In our other regions, PelviX Sales Agents typically earn between $15,000 and $40,000 per month, depending on activity level, follow-up discipline, and territory development.

Agents at our parent company, PonteMed, typically close 5–10 sales per month in established territories.

Sales Director Path

Agents who consistently produce strong results and expand their market presence may be promoted to Sales Director. Sales Directors can hire Sales Agents beneath them to scale their territory.

As a Sales Director, commission increases to 15% on every sale generated within your team. This higher commission rate is specifically designed so you can pay both yourself and your Sales Agents from the increased margin — creating a scalable, lucrative leadership opportunity.

Training, Support & Onboarding

PelviX invests heavily in the success of our Sales Agents. You will receive:

• Comprehensive onboarding with our leadership team in Switzerland and US (remote or onsite depending on role and timing)
• Extensive product training on FMS technology, programs, core fitness methodology, and the PelviX success model
• Sales presentations, pitch materials, scripts, and collateral
• We will provide qualified leads generated through our centralized PelviX US marketing campaigns
• On-demand access to the PelviX Academy for ongoing education
• Customer Success support to help transition clients from purchase to installation, training, and activation
• Monthly sales coaching and expert panels to keep you sharp and up to date

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to close
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos
• Build strong relationships with gyms, wellness centers, medical clinics, spas, and performance facilities
• Prospect new opportunities through networking, outbound calling, and market development
• Attend chair installations and collaborate with the CSM to support new customers
• Maintain deep knowledge of PelviX programs, technology, services, and business models
• Track pipeline, organize follow-up, and maintain disciplined sales operations
• Represent PelviX with professionalism and alignment to our mission, values, and growth goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience selling in fitness, health, wellness, spa, or medical environments
• Strong hunter mentality with confidence in networking and cold outreach
• Experience selling capital equipment or premium service solutions (preferred)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously
• Mission-driven — genuinely passionate about improving people’s well-being
• Strong business sense and ability to present ROI models to facility owners
• A relationship-builder who collaborates well with support and marketing teams
• Someone who wants to build a territory and eventually develop a sales team
