Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist -- Full or Part-Time

Pelvic Therapy Specialists
Boulder, CO Full Time|Part Time
POSTED ON 8/31/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/30/2026

$52–$62/hr base plus benefits. Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes, one patient at a time, in a new office with natural light. You set the length.

I'm Sandra, a pelvic PT, and I've been running this practice coming on 20 years. Four things push good pelvic PTs out of this field: charting at night, productivity quotas, double-booked schedules, and working as the only pelvic clinician in a general ortho building. I built the job to strip all four out.

We're cash-pay and out-of-network. That economics is what pays for 60-minute sessions and a caseload nobody is padding.

The caseload

You decide session length by what the patient needs that day, and as you build your caseload.

The team

You'll work alongside other pelvic-focused PTs. Hard cases get worked through with someone who knows the anatomy, in biweekly PT meetings and monthly in-services. We fund continuing education and host brand name provider CE courses in the new clinic.

Documentation

AI-assisted notes handle session documentation. Your charting finishes inside your workday.

Time

Scheduling flexes around the emotional load this work carries. PTO climbs with tenure: 15 days, then 17, then 20.

What you bring

  • Colorado PT license, or license-eligible
  • APTA or Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level I
  • 1 years treating pelvic floor conditions, including internal work

  • Coming from ortho? Finish Level I and want a real pelvic caseload? I'll train you into it. Same for newer grads with a pelvic rotation. Mention it in your note.

To apply: send your resume and a few sentences on what you treat now and what you want to get better at.
