Basecamp Physical Therapy and Performance is hiring for a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist job in Flagstaff, AZ for a clinician who wants to provide focused, one-on-one care while continuing to build exceptional clinical skills. As a locally owned outpatient physical therapy organization founded by clinicians, we prioritize autonomy, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients through individualized rehabilitation programs designed around functional improvement, pain reduction, and long-term wellness.

Clinical Autonomy and One-on-One Patient Care

At Basecamp, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with your patients through individualized care rather than simply moving through a treatment schedule. You’ll evaluate movement and functional limitations, develop a plan of care, and provide one-on-one interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate.

Your clinical reasoning will be central to the work. You’ll monitor progress, adjust treatment to maximize outcomes, educate patients and families about home programs and condition management, and communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives as part of the informed-consent process. The goal is thoughtful rehabilitation that helps patients make meaningful progress toward their individual goals.

A Team Focused on Clinical Quality

We’re looking for an engaging, friendly physical therapist with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You’ll collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care, maintain accurate documentation, and make appropriate recommendations or referrals when patients are ready for discharge.

This role is also an opportunity to continue developing your clinical skills in pelvic health. Herman and Wallace Level 1 or equivalent CEU training is required, and we value clinicians who are able to learn new techniques, adapt to new information, and apply evidence and scientific principles to their clinical reasoning.

Compensation:

• $80,000–$85,000 per year

Education:

postgraduate degree

Qualifications:

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
• Current and active state physical therapy license
• Herman and Wallace Level 1 or equivalent CEU required

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and physical agents as appropriate
• Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and expectations for recovery
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
• Ensure informed consent and communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives
• Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed
