Position: Production Packer
As a Production Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products by safely inspecting, packing, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
What You'll Do
Safety First
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Keep packing materials and workstations free of debris.
Quality Focus
Inspect products for leaks, weak seals, and defects.
Perform visual and pressure testing on products.
Ensure product counts and packaging meet specifications.
Report quality concerns promptly to operators or supervisors.
Production Responsibilities
Prepare boxes and packing materials before production runs.
Pack products accurately according to specifications.
Verify correct product coding and labeling.
Maintain productivity standards while ensuring quality.
What We're Looking For
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math and counting skills.
Ability to read and understand English work instructions.
Good communication skills.
Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Ability to identify and respond to quality concerns quickly.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing or packing experience is a plus, but not required.
On-the-job training is provided.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing throughout the shift.
Frequent use of hands and arms.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push/pull equipment-assisted loads of 75-100 lbs.
Ability to work in an active production environment.
