- Love-Encore Program: Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments typically 14 to 60 days post-purchase to answer lingering questions and ensure customer confidence.
- Department Support: Assist the Sales and Service departments with technical questions, and help transition customers to the service team.
- Customer Care: Make follow-up calls and act as a ongoing resource for technology and vehicle operations.
- Tech-Savviness: An ability to understand, explain, and demonstrate complex automotive technology clearly.
