We're looking for a Retail Account Manager to join our growing team in Dublin, Ohio. This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and wants to build real skills in sales, marketing, and account management.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm
Compensation: $600 base salary plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients through face-to-face sales in retail and event settings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention and loyalty
- Manage client accounts and ensure campaign objectives are met
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with the team to hit sales and growth targets
Skills We're Looking For:
- Sales and marketing know-how
- Strong customer service instincts
- Customer retention and relationship-building skills
- Account management experience or aptitude
- Campaign development and client services experience a plus
