- Provide excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in operating systems, particularly Windows.
- Experience with Remedy or similar IT service management tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
