Sales Manager – Staffing & Recruiting (Chicagoland Western Suburbs)
Compensation:
$85,000 – $92,000 base salary uncapped commission performance bonuses
Target On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000 – $135,000
Location: Chicagoland – Western Suburbs, IL

About the Role
We are seeking a proven hunter to lead sales growth for a Chicagoland staffing and recruiting branch. This is not a maintenance role — it is a build-the-business opportunity inside a small, fast-moving office (3–5 employees) where your wins immediately translate into revenue and influence.
You will operate as the lead producer, owning market penetration, new client acquisition, and account expansion across logistics, supply chain, operations, and last-mile delivery staffing. For the right performer, this role leads directly into Branch Manager responsibility.

What You’ll Own
• Hunt New Business
Prospect aggressively, open doors, and close new staffing and recruiting partnerships in logistics, supply chain, operations, and last-mile delivery markets such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, and OnTrack,
• Control the Pipeline
Own the full sales cycle — outbound outreach, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and signed agreements.
• Win and Expand Accounts
Turn first deals into long-term, high-value client relationships through consultative selling and execution excellence.
• Drive Revenue Strategy
Build territory plans, target lists, and growth strategies to dominate your local market.
• Partner to Execute
Work hand-in-hand with recruiting and operations to deliver talent fast and keep clients loyal.
Who Wins Here
• Experienced Seller:
5 years in sales, business development, or account management. Staffing, recruiting, logistics, or operational sales experience strongly preferred.
