Peloton is currently seeking a bright, motivated professional with an interest in developing their career in the Human Resources area. This role will provide the opportunity to gain experience in the different areas of HR at a growing, thriving professional services firm. By supporting the processes of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and culture development, this role will serve as a foundational step in developing a career within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding, while ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire setup, system administration, first-week logistics, and training coordination to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Administer and maintain HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, and related platforms, ensuring accurate employee data and efficient HR operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to, benefits, HR systems, and company policies, delivering responsive, high-quality support and partnering with the broader HR team to resolve complex issues.
  • Support payroll administration by preparing payroll files, auditing employee changes, validating payroll inputs, and assisting with regular and off-cycle payroll processing.
  • Assist with benefits administration by supporting employee inquiries, troubleshooting issues with benefit vendors, and contributing to annual Open Enrollment and benefits renewal activities.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner team to support performance management processes, promotions, and employee relations documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, audits, and analytics to support payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce reporting.
  • Support HR compliance initiatives through policy reviews, documentation updates, annual employee handbook revisions, and routine audits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, reporting, and documentation while contributing to strategic HR projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HRIS, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, or a similar HR Operations role.
  • Experience working with one or more HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, Workday, UKG, or similar).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach to supporting employees.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential employee information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Passion for HR Operations, technology, process improvement, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the Oracle Consulting space.

Compensation

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $90,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
