Position 1: Commercial Electrical Foreman
Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour
Position Overview
The Commercial Electrical Foreman is a hands-on leadership position for experienced electrical professionals who take pride in safe, high-quality workmanship and leadership on the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical installation and repair projects across varied sites.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
- Install conduit, control panels, wiring systems, switches, and fixtures.
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes and standards.
- Mentor apprentices and promote a safe, productive learning environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Track progress and provide timely reports to supervisors and project managers.
- Collaborate with other trades and participate in company-sponsored training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience (Journeyman preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NEC and related codes.
- Proficient with power tools, meters, and electrical test equipment.
- Skilled in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-driven with excellent work ethic.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and on team-based projects.
- Must own basic tools, cordless kit and PPE (hard hat, boots, code book, etc.).
- Valid driver's license required.
Position 2: Journeyman Electrician:
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for performing critical on-site electrical work across diverse job sites while maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and code compliance.

This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who enjoys diagnosing problems, interacting with customers, and delivering professional electrical solutions while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial electrical service calls.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Install, replace, and repair electrical components, fixtures, switches, outlets, panels, wiring, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Identify electrical issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Use electrical meters, testing equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, applicable local codes, and company standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
- Explain electrical issues, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and material usage.
