Work where the work is fun! Pellicano Vineyard is expanding our team. We are currently hiring Food Prep positions to support our legendary Wednesday Pasta Nights and Friday Pizza Nights.
Shift Details & Flexibility:
- Flexible Hours: Prep shifts start between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and run until service begins. We are flexible and understanding of family commitments and scheduling needs.
- Bonus Hours: Extra hours are available for those interested in working as backup service prep to support our chefs during live service.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare sauces and ingredients.
- Weigh and portion ingredients for the sauté station.
- Set up the kitchen line for success.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- A basic understanding of food safety.
- A commitment to working clean and organized.
- No professional experience required—we will train you!
Growth Opportunities:
Once you successfully complete training and master our recipes and Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures (SSOPs), more advanced opportunities and roles will open up within the vineyard.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
