Pellettieri Associates is an award-winning, industry-leading landscape architectural design/build firm based in Warner, NH, that empowers its team to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and the environment. We have recently joined forces with Miracle Farms Landscape Construction, based in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, expanding our presence and impact across the region.
With this growth, our design team is expanding. We’re seeking a Landscape Design Assistant to help bring our clients’ visions to life. Join a creative, respected team dedicated to transforming high-end residential properties throughout Northern New England. While this role is primarily based in our Warner office, it will also include time at the Miracle Farms location, supporting both design teams.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain base drawings from survey data, site measurements, aerial imagery, and existing plans
- Prepare landscape plans, planting plans, presentation drawings, and construction documents under the direction of a Lead Designer
- Draft and revise plans using CAD, VectorWorks, and other design software
- Assist with site documentation, project coordination, and design deliverables
- Research plants, materials, products, and design solutions
- Participate in site visits, field verification, and residential property assessments
- Collaborate with estimating, sales, production, and design teams to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field (or actively pursuing)
- Training or coursework in CAD-based design software is required
- Internship or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of plant, tree, and shrub identification in New England
- Strong drafting, technical drawing, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license
