Position Title: Team Lead, Enterprise Integration Services

Position Location: On-Site in San Antonio, TX

Job Summary:

The Team Lead, Enterprise Integration Services is responsible for the hands-on execution, implementation, and operational support of enterprise technology integration projects within Pellera's Integration and Lifecycle Services organization.

This role serves as the technical lead within the San Antonio integration facility and is responsible for building, configuring, testing, documenting, and validating customer solutions prior to deployment. The Team Lead partners closely with solution architects, project managers, warehouse operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure enterprise solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and a strong attention to detail while maintaining a hands-on role in the execution of customer projects.



Enterprise Integration Execution
  • Build, configure, and validate customer environments including racks, network infrastructure, end-user devices, and integrated technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage hardware BOMS and inventory related to enterprise solutions.
  • Execute customer-specific deployment plans and implementation requirements.
  • Install, cable, label, organize, and test rack-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Perform hardware staging, imaging, asset tagging, and quality validation activities.
  • Ensure customer solutions are delivered according to documented requirements and engineering specifications.

Operational Leadership
  • Act as the technical lead for warehouse-based integration projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities within the integration center.
  • Assist with prioritization of workloads and project schedules.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to technicians and integration resources.
  • Support training efforts related to new technologies, deployment methodologies, and operational procedures.

Runbook & Process Development
  • Assist in developing implementation guides, work instructions, and operational runbooks.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Document customer-specific configurations and deployment requirements.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and maintained.

Quality & Validation
  • Execute quality assurance and operational readiness checks.
  • Validate hardware, software, asset, and configuration accuracy prior to shipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution during staging and implementation activities.
  • Escalate technical and operational risks when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure successful operational execution.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, logistics teams, project managers, and account teams.
  • Participate in customer-facing calls when technical clarification or implementation support is required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and integration operations.

Leadership Expectations

This role may not initially include direct reports but is expected to:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to technicians and project resources.
  • Lead integration workstreams across multiple customer engagements.
  • Influence operational best practices across the integration center.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for complex integration projects.
  • Support future growth and scaling of Enterprise Integration Services capabilities.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise deployment, integration services, data center operations, or infrastructure implementation.
  • Experience building and deploying rack-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling, networking fundamentals, hardware installation, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience working with servers, network equipment, storage platforms, and endpoint technologies.
  • Ability to read and execute engineering diagrams, rack elevations, configuration guides, and implementation plans.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and deployment issues.
  • Strong written documentation and process development skills.
  • Ability to balance technical execution with leadership responsibilities.


Education and Experience:
  • Experience supporting enterprise integration centers, configuration facilities, or deployment operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and related enterprise technologies.
  • Experience with logistics, asset management, device lifecycle services, and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, project delivery methodologies, and quality management processes.
  • Relevant technical certifications preferred.


Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
