This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. The Director will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, create strategic business plans, manage key client accounts, conduct effective contract negotiations, and drive lead generation initiatives. This position involves collaborating with other business units to achieve organizational growth objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong capabilities in Business Planning and crafting growth strategies
- Solid experience with Contract Negotiation and securing favorable agreements
- Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and growing client relationships
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting goals and deadlines
- Experience in the food production or related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
