Responsibilities
- Set up each work station
- Cook dishes to the highest standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all spec and standards of the kitchen.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift.
- Breakdown and clean kitchen after shift.
- Maintain knowledge of all ingredients and menu items.
- Maintain a professional attitude and attire at all times.
Qualifications
- Two years of cooking experience required.
- Food Handlers Required.
- Knife skills required.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils required.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Ability to maintain standards in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to follow the lead of the head chef and work constructively with others.
