Role Description
Pellegrin Health Management Group is seeking a Texas licensed physician MD or DO to serve as Medical Director for a physician owned PLLC supported by the MSO.
This role is designed to be flexible and can accommodate a physician currently in practice. The level of involvement may vary based on availability, interest, and the needs of the organization.
The Medical Director will provide clinical oversight, support delegation and supervision of providers, and ensure compliance with Texas Medical Board regulations and applicable standards of care.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a growing multi specialty platform that includes primary care, endocrinology, medical aesthetics, and additional medicine specialties.

- Provides operational, administrative, and business support to the practice
- Participation in MSO level strategy or ownership may be available depending on mutual interest
PLLC Medical Director
- Serve as the supervising physician for the medical entity and provide appropriate clinical oversight
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
- Serve as supervising physician and provide appropriate delegation and supervision
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols across applicable medicine specialties
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses
- Conduct periodic chart review and quality oversight
- Ensure compliance with Texas Medical Board regulations and applicable laws
- Be available for consultation as needed during operating hours
- Participate in periodic onsite visits based on practice needs

Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Active unrestricted Texas medical license in good standing
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Understanding of Texas Medical Board supervision and delegation requirements

- Exposure to medical aesthetics or wellness services is a plus but not required
- Previous Medical Director or supervisory experience
