YOUR ROLE
As a Service Coordinator - Dispatcher, you're responsible for the essential clerical, dispatch, and customer service functions that keep our company successful and our clients happy. You're the point of contact when clients call or email our office, and you respond to their inquiries promptly and professionally. Always polite and upbeat, you answer phone calls, speak with clients about their window and door needs, and schedule service appointments. You provide accurate quotes for the estimated work and efficiently dispatch technicians to maximize daily productivity. By ordering parts and managing other clerical tasks as assigned, you make a tangible impact!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
Our ideal candidate also meets some of these preferred criteria:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a directly related role
- Ability to use and learn order management software
- Excellent communication skills with phone and email etiquette
- Strong problem-solving skills
