Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Always exhibits the highest standard of personal ethics and adheres to all Pella Carolina policies.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability by adhering to established protocols, proactively identifying potential risks, and fostering a workplace environment where safety is a shared priority.
- Responsible for maintaining the Pella Standard of a minimum of a 30% Year-to-date close percentage and/or hitting sales volume goals and budget after 90 days of employment.
- Develop personalized monthly and annual goals that support the company’s goals set by management.
- Develop and maintain accurate Pella product knowledge as well as competition comparisons.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing customers and actively seek out business referrals.
- Increase sales volume, profit margin, and market share for Pella products while maintaining a high closing percentage.
- Ensure accurate pricing and details in all jobs to maintain profitability and effectively communicate all necessary information regarding ordering, delivery, special instructions, customer request, method of payment, etc…
- Provide after-sales service to our customers to maintain satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must meet company driver qualification and insurability requirements and maintain acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Technology literacy (Tablets, Phones, Laptops, etc.)
- Outgoing and highly motivated personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 or more years of outside sales experience.
