Exterior Service Technician

Pella Windows & Doors of Southern New England is looking for a hands-on Service Technician to join our growing team. • Diagnose and repair windows and doors
• Troubleshoot service issues and complete field repairs
• Perform product adjustments, installations, and maintenance
• Educate customers on product care and maintenance
• Complete service records and jobsite walkthroughs
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and follow safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
• Mechanical, maintenance, or construction experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
• Comfortable lifting 100 lbs and working at heights
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use mobile devices for updates
