This position will require an individual to spend the majority of their time in the field and live within our served market of Eastern Massachusetts.

Job Responsibilities:

· Achieve sales goals by providing well rounded solutions and market expertise

· Devote most of your time to the field meeting with existing customers and seeking new prospects

· Develop long lasting relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations

· Capture new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

· Partner with customers to help them grow their business

· Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” business partners

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training including sales/technical product expertise; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· A track record of success supported by result and achievements

· Technologically advanced

· The ability to develop business strategies that lead to a presentation of opportunities and solutions to a prospective account

· Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements

· Although not required, some basic construction knowledge will be helpful on your path to success.
